INTERMENT APPLICATION
To submit an Interment Application, the following is required:

- a copy of the 'Medical Certificate of Cause of Death' from the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registry

How Do You Lodge an Interment Application?
When submitting a Public Cemetery Application, go to the Reception area at Council's Administration Centre.
Your applications will be given a preliminary check to see that it has been completed correctly.
A receipt will be issued for payment of the fee.

RESERVATION OF LAND APPLICATION
To reserve land for Interment, the following is required:

- the appropriate FEES are to be paid in full at the time the application is lodged

How Do You Lodge a Reservation of Land Application?
When submitting a Public Cemetery Application, go to the Reception area of Council's Administration Centre.
Your applications will be given a preliminary check to see that it has been completed correctly.
A receipt will be issued for payment of the fee.
A "Right of Burial Certificate" will then be issued and forwarded to you by post.
This certificate will state details of the reserved grave site, such as row and grave number.

ERECTION OF HEADSTONE
To apply for permission to erect a headstone, the following is required:

- the appropriate FEES are to be paid in full at the time the application is lodged

- details of the headstone, such as size and the material the headstone is made of, need to be provided with the application
