Septic Application
To submit a Septic Application, the following is required:
On-Site Sewerage Management Application
Due to the new Local Government (Approvals) Amendment (Sewage Management) Regulations 1998, it is now a legal requirement that all systems of sewage management are the subject of a licence to operate.
In the event of a property being sold, intending purchasers of the land should be aware that there is a two-month period in which to apply for the necessary approval. Below is an application form to operate an On-site Sewage Management System. There is no applicable fee for this application form.
