    TOWN HALL HIRE FEES
    <hidden text>
    Fees are fixed annually by Council.

    A Security Deposit applies to ALL functions and is to be lodged at the time of booking, unless a prior arrangement has been made.
    The deposit is refundable following inspection by Council staff, and is subject to deduction for cost of any damage which may
    occur to the hall or equipment as a result of use of the hall. A deduction may also be made if the hall is not left in the same
    condition as it was at the commencement of hiring.

    All deposits are only fully refunded if the premises are left in a clean condition after hiring and the keys returned. It should be noted,
    however, that this is a deposit only and any cleaning costs in excess of the deposit will be payable by the hirer.

    Any tentative booking for which a deposit has not been paid, may without notice, be superseded by a booking for which a deposit
    is offered.

    The balance of any outstanding hire fees is to be paid prior to the function.
