Junior Membership Form	Join Online		For borrowers under 13 years of age. A parent or guardian must sign the form, and present proof of identification and address when the card is collected.
Y. A. Membership Form	Join Online		For borrowers between 13 & 18 years of age. A parent or guardian must sign the form, and present proof of identification and address when the card is collected.
Adult Membership Form	Join Online		For borrowers over 18 years of age. Please present proof of identification and address when the card is collected.
Visitor Membership Form	Join Online		Visiting (temporary) members must present the card from their home library, or pay a refundable $20 deposit when collecting their card.
