Membership
Membership to the Inverell Shire Public Library is free to all permanent residents of Inverell Shire and its surrounding areas. People wishing to join are asked to fill in an application form which is available from both the Inverell Library and the Ashford Branch Library. Proof of identification and residential address is also required. Junior membership (under 18 years of age) requires a parent/guardian to sign on behalf of the patron.
Upon joining, the member will be given a membership card. This card must be presented for each transaction and can be used at the Inverell and Ashford libraries and deposit stations through the Inverell Shire.
Complete a Membership Application Form and post it to us, or connect to the Library Catalogue to join online.
Visitor (temporary) Membership
A temporary membership can be arranged for people who wish to utilise the library services when they are visiting or holidaying in the Inverell area. Non-residents who are members of another public library can join the Inverell Library free of charge.
Non-residents who are not members of another public library can still join the Inverell Library upon payment of a refundable deposit of $20. |
